Melting in Tyr
A glimpse of a short trip to Tyr in the South. Tyr is such a charming city, not only because of its ancient ruins scattered all over, like here, directly on the coast. It’s calm and lively at the same time, conservative and modern. Two minutes after this lady was standing in the background of my photo, a young and very stylish girl in a very short and tight blue dress entered the café “Adiga” (a lovely café right in front of the ruins). I love the rather shabby look of some quarters, the chic atmosphere of the newly opened restaurants – and of course the super friendly UNIFIL soldiers that “belong” to Tyr! Only few reasons why my heart melts every time we reach “Sour”.

I <3 Tyr also
the beach…the old places… & of course UNIFIL
oh yes, I forgot the beach!
